Southern Railway Announces Partial Cancellation of MEMU Trains Due to Repairs
CHENNAI: Southern Railway has announced the cancellation of several MEMU trains operating between Tada and Sullurpet in the Chennai Central-Gudur section due to ongoing repairs. The affected trains, which serve the routes to Sullurpet and Nellore, will be canceled on Friday.
Canceled MEMU Trains:
Train No. 06741: MEMU from Moormarket Complex to Sullurpet at 5:15 AM
Train No. 06745: MEMU from Sullurpet to Nellore at 7:55 AM
Train No. 06746: MEMU from Nellore to Sullurpet at 10:20 AM
Train No. 06742: Suburban train from Sullurpet to Moormarket Complex at 12:35 PM
Partially Canceled Trains:
Train No. 42401 & 42403: Suburban trains from Moormarket Complex at 4:15 AM and 5:00 AM, running only until Elavoor.
Train No. 42405: Trains from Sullurpet at 6:45 AM and 7:25 AM will now depart from Elavoor instead of Sullurpet, heading to Moormarket Complex.
